The building volumes are distinguished by the colors of their striped surfaces, and are further articulated by deep recesses between them. The horizontally-striped curtain wall frames the vistas of Yeosu and the beach landscape fronts. The façade of face to beach as big hole provides to visual connected between downtown and landscape as beach side. each side north and south have their own character so this building harmonizes and expresses to each of their own specially character.
